During our communications with the U.S. side, we never received this kind of request or impression.

The existing mainland policy remains intact. We are more than willing to talk with Beijing without any preconditions on visits by China's tourists and chartered cargo flights.

Currently there are no actual plans (for high ranking visits).

If substantial relations with some non-allied countries reach a very strong level, this can make us feel that it is like normal relations with another country, even if the country is not an ally.

Their offices all over the world are not as many as ours. With our country's capabilities, we cannot make every country and every place a focus of foreign affairs.

We need to talk more about streamlining and simplifying and putting more resources into key areas of foreign affairs.
