Downtown businesses attract a certain kind of business professional.

As this event grows, we'd like to see it take place over the course of a three-day weekend, with three or four stages featuring jazz, country, bluegrass, that kind of thing.

It's enriching our downtown. It's attractive in the overall picture. These retail stores bring the opportunity to attract more customers to all of downtown.

Downtown is the attraction of the community.

They have to capitalize on the investments they've made in this business. They haven't monetized it as much as we'd like.
