Don't confuse simple for easy.

Without belief in yourself, you are left with a prison of a mind.

We want our conscious focus to entrain our subconscious and unconscious awareness. That is mastery in a nutshell.

When we think little of ourselves, we do little with ourselves. We must think bigger of ourselves to become more of ourselves. This is not to be confused with sticking our heads up our asses or thinking ourselves better than others.

When you focus on what you cannot control, you fall into a vortex of potential-inhibition. This develops a kind of apathy that grows out of frustration as to 'where to start' to change anything.
