Always aspire to be greater than what you are because you never know what you will discover about yourself on the way to the top.

When you have a challenge and the response is equal to the challenge, that's called "success". But once you have a new challenge, the old, once-successful response no longer works. That's why it is called a "failure".

Complacency is the biggest challenge. When you've seen success, you can start loosening the belt a little bit...We try to stay focused, and we need to be prepared for the [economic] downturn. If we start to stray a little bit or get arrogant—we try to remind ourselves that the downturn is coming.
