Fatigue is a state of mind. If you are very tired and then, suddenly, one minute later you find out you won a BIG lottery, your tiredness would vanish immediately. Why? Because your thoughts are excited about the future and its many possibilities. What changed from one minute ago? You don't even actually possess the money at that point and yet you are full of energy and likely won't sleep for many hours.

As important as finding the Why behind your Purpose and Goals is knowing the Who. We will often do more and endure more for people we love than we will endure for ourselves. Find your Why and your Who and you will endure and overcome anything.

We all have negative thoughts. They are impossible to avoid. But ongoing negative thoughts...That's a choice.

Thinking and saying you are handicapable instead of handicapped will not change anything about your disease or illness. It will help you think more positively about it though.
