Dionna and Alex had nice races. The girls continue to improve each meet but we have a long way to go as a team.

That was the ballgame. I thought we played pretty well against a team that was quite a bit faster than us.

We got behind 10-15 points and we had to start chasing. That's not something we like to do.

Tyler, once again, had a very nice race for us.

This is probably the best game we've played so far defensively. The girls stepped up and played a lot better than they have.

I think doing so well last year really helped prepare these girls this season. The girls have really bought into what we're trying to do ... and have really worked hard all year long.
