Delay is not a failure

A good leader gives his people an allowance to fail, an opportunity to grow, and the responsibility to lead and be better than he.

Today, I will refuse to be defined by my failures or victories or DNA or what other people say I am. Each day, I am a new person, a new hope, a new creation...

Don't blame yourself if you failed because you hoped. Be thankful that you did hope, for hope is a blessing in itself.

Parents. At the end of the day the world will judge the builder by the strenght and beauty of his structures; the leader by the culture of his tribe; and the parents by the manner their children behave. We call this 'command responsibility.'
