Dealing with young people, it's always a new experience. You never know if they're ready until they get out there. As long as they play with great effort, I'm happy. The injuries have allowed us to give some guys opportunities.

It was a mutually beneficial learning experience. Although I was taking a lot out of the experience, the people I interacted with got a different perspective of what Americans were like. Having a white person stay with them was atypical for that culture. I was very warmly welcomed.

I got some work to do, ... I've got signs ready to go and I'll be talking to people.

I have really high expectations for this year. We are a young team, but what we lack in experience, we make up for in ability.

People are coming out of the woodwork and are ready to showcase their talents.

After dealing with things like the G-8 .... We pretty much have the drill down and things go fairly smoothly...knock on wood.
