Danny really stepped it up and put pressure on the defense. The whole team was proud of him, being a freshman and putting it all on the line like that.

I think this is the most skilled team we've had in three or four years.

We looked real good. We were the best team in the tournament in the opening 20 minutes. We just have to learn to play with leads better.

And Pittsville made some good plays, especially on defense.

You've got to make the shots, and we had some breakdowns on defense. We can compete with good teams, but we have to find ways to finish games. We're getting better in practice, but it's got to start carrying over into the games.
