Crisis is not a nine-to-five job... Crisis happens when you least expect it.

I'm lucky not to have a nine-to-five job.

When clients are involved in a crisis, we often start at the end. When this is over, where do you want to end up? What's your endgame? We try to start from that and work ourselves back.

What happens is in camp you can go five days and get in eight or nine practices, ... During the regular season, you might get in 21/2 practices in five days. What you miss in camp, it takes weeks to make up that time.

You can no longer define your manhood by whether you're on a nine-to-five job or you're making more money than your wife.

Middle-class people worry a lot about money. They worry a lot about job security, and they do a lot of nine-to-five stuff.
