Creating an entrance is the most important thing of a party. You want to get their (the guests) attention.

As that happens, there's generally an increase in the rate our guests pay.

That was such a labor of love.

The national Democratic Party has paid little or no attention to us. If I were advising Jim Hodges, I'd tell him he should do what's best for us. Why the hell should we care what's best for them?

My father was a tremendous extrovert, always managing to be the center of attention and the life of the party. Mom was just the opposite - quiet, suffering, and neurotic as Hell. Quite a combination, those two. Dad was a terrific ham and Mom was very introverted, and basically sad and self-conscious.

We see our customers as invited guests to a party, and we are the hosts. It's our job every day to make every important aspect of the customer experience a little bit better.
