Connecticut is in desperate need for projects like this. Its electrical generators are primarily older plants.

The total production of the four plants will be small as they are just pilot projects, but we expect it to eventually expand, with private investors becoming involved as demand increases.

The market is here, it is starting next month and these plants will be going up in the next 12 to 14 months.
