Congress has washed its hands of the nuclear program -- Congress's attention is elsewhere.

The problem, ... is that most members of Congress don't pay attention to what's going on.

We paid particular attention to this year's National People's Congress last month. A string of regulatory measures last year were issued immediately after a lot of delegates called for curbing the overheated housing market during the meeting.

They're trying to divert attention from their own members of congress.

We do not know whether toxic materials have been burned, ... It's possible, it's even likely to some extent, but it's not something to be panicked about.

This is kind of an exercise in absurdity.
