Coming in as a freshman I was really, really scared. [The older players] weren't mean and they kind of showed me the ropes. I think that it really showed me how to help all the younger players.

To hear them chanting your name feels awesome. That goal hyped us up so much. It energized us to play even harder the rest of the match. To pull this one out in overtime, I can't even begin to describe how I'm feeling. It meant a lot to us.

I used to do gymnastics, and when I was (12 years old) my dad just told me to try it one time, and I did it. Ever since then, I've been doing it.

Being in a pageant is not just about beauty. It's more about service to the community and being a role model and making a difference. It's being proud of your city. It's all what you put into it...

Anything related to this, we kind of got an excuse for it.
