Chris came off the corner and started to get underneath Mike. Mike came out of the corner too and I saw them make contact. Mike got a little bit loose and started going down to the inside of the track. I just stayed on the gas and went by both of them on the outside. I was able to beat Mike into turn three.

I think Chris started twice in the November matches and Mike came on after 20 minutes in the New Zealand game and performed exceptionally well - he deserves the opportunity to start this time. At stand-off, the most pertinent factor is that Gordon has only trained twice with Scotland this season while Dan has been consistent throughout.

This was my first time to Williamson. The season's starting to wind down so we figured we'd hit a couple of out of town shows - have some fun and take it easy. We had another top five tonight. We're happy with that. We were able to roll it on the trailer in one piece so we can unroll it in Wyoming County on Sunday.

I was watching the board. I knew Russ was back there. He's raced me clean the past couple of weeks. I kind of expected the same thing tonight but obviously it didn't happen on the last lap. I think he was just trying to nudge me to get me up loose. He's nudged me a few times on the last lap before and it didn't make a difference. I was still able to drive out of it. I didn't move up a groove or anything. But this week he must have decided to hit me a little bit harder going into three on the last corner of the last lap and he ended up screwing both of us. I expected a little bit more. I'd at least expected him to race me clean. It's evident that he did not race me clean tonight.

Chris and Charlie and Mo and Mike, they're playing well. The thing that concerns me is, someone has to step up to help them.

Anytime you walk around the corner, all you ever hear about is Mike and the '80 Olympic team. This group of guys, we have a strong feeling of pride in playing for our country.
