Chip's considerable experience working with leaders of government and business throughout Asia and the Pacific Rim will be especially valuable as we prepare for the Beijing Games.

Bill Daley brings a wide range of experience with respect to business, finance and government. He has a proven record of leadership and will bring to the board valuable perspective in many important areas.

We know the Beijing Games will be like no other; we have a whole new platform and stage. For much of the population of China, our athletes will be the only representation they have of our society.

I think the government ought to stay out of other people's business.

It will be difficult for the government to counter this. African institutions are now holding their leaders accountable. Zimbabwe's delinquency can no longer be swept under the carpet of African solidarity. This is peer review as it should be, and it makes grim reading.
