Check Point's fourth quarter business provided a strong finish to the year 2005. Our fourth quarter and annual 2005 financial results reached record levels across earnings per share, revenues, deferred revenues, and cash balances.

We are entering the second quarter with a high level of activity and many initiatives in our pipeline.

It had become a very long and complex process and we thought it was better to withdraw so we could focus on our customers.

The business has a much greater likelihood of survival if you take an approach that emphasizes survival of the business. The focus needs to be less on splitting each asset 50/50 as it is on taking a holistic approach and seeing that some assets will wind up on the wife's side of the ledger and some on the husband's side of ledger.
