Charge me, then. Charge me with perjury. I'll fly out tomorrow if you lay out these charges, and I'll have my day in court. And I'll disprove them, categorically.

I'm demanding to be prosecuted. I'm begging to be prosecuted for perjury.

We've got to be patient on what's going on. We've just got to have the perjury charge finished and done with.

I know who they are but there isn't enough evidence to lay charges. They're still around downtown and one of the girls even came into the shop one day and said she was here that night, but didn't take anything. The drugs had caused scabs all over her face. She was a walking wreck.

Can you force this district attorney to present (charges of perjury) to a grand jury? That's what we're asking for.

It is also my opinion that further pursuit of a perjury/obstruction charge against Wayne Jensen would not only be difficult at best, but would be entirely counterproductive to what should be the central and overarching purpose of the prosecution of this incident.
