Change the Strange

You never know...but usually you do

Careers are defined by four minutes on the ice and lives can change forever, emotionally and financially.

I write in a very strange way. Things are very fragmentary for a very long time, and then they come together very quickly near the end of the process.

We have to change gears now. We have two different style of teams coming up and this gives us something to work on next week. We have to learn from our mistakes and move forward.

(Ayer?s retirement) has been tough for the kids. It?s a big change for them, (Ayer) is a legend. He did it for reasons he had to and the kids understand that.
