Capacity in our U.S. manufacturing facilities continues to increase as we refine production processes and add new machinery.

I can't say enough about that goal. That is the kind of effort that we need. I though Julie and Elise were phenomenal today. They were the ones giving constant effort.

That was a key move, it was my assistant coach (Melissa) Briggs' idea. I didn't want to do it because Mari is so good offensively, but I couldn't find anyone who could do it. I have secretly wanted to play Mari on defense all year because she is just so good back there.

She has shown a lot of leadership in terms of organization and getting the girls going. It is a good quality in a captain and this year since we have missed a lot of practices and games-and with me being an off campus coach-it is good to have someone like her as the captain who I can call.

She has a lot of strengths, besides being such a tireless worker, she has developed a very strong shot, I am waiting for her to rip one in from the outside. She also has a knack for being in the right spot at the right time. Part of it is field sense and the other part is being willing to do the work and actually make the run.

It is impossible to find a field big enough to work on some of the open-field stuff we want to work on. As a coach, it is tough because we haven't played together a lot and we haven't had the field time to do it.
