Between family and career, women are juggling so many priorities that managing finances often falls to the bottom of the list.

We want to establish a relationship with women that acknowledges the many aspects of their lives, not just the financial side. At the same time, we help them navigate the distinct financial challenges women face over the course of their lifetimes.

Go out and interview people to find a partner whom you can trust. Find somebody who subscribes to the same view that you do. I'm happy to tell you that I practice what I preach. I would have never thought I'd end up in financial services.

Americans have been bombarded by charitable requests as a result of the record-breaking number of devastating disasters which have affected families across the globe. While it is important that women secure their financial future for themselves and their families at home, it's also important for women to actively participate as members of our local and global families.

By talking to our members, I learned that tasks such as researching legal questions on their own, learning how to find reliable home improvement professionals, and determining various child care options are tasks that take time from an already busy day. Our new benefits are designed to provide women with a starting point for their questions and provide information that can help simplify these tasks.

As women, we're generally faced with the challenges of living, including having a family, a career and pressing issues that sometimes keeps us from moving forward and achieving our dreams.
