Believe me, we love women. But it's like when guys get together to watch a football game, they have all that in common so there's that sense of excitement. After a long week, you can come and work on your project have a couple of beers and hang out.

I don't mean to stereotype because there are plenty of women who love football and just as many men who love home buying. But we often get calls from women who aren't interested in the Super Bowl and are instead gearing up to buy a new house.

We're just not a very good football team.

I'm convinced that if women understood the game of football ... they'd come to enjoy it a much as any guy,

So far I think we've got after it this year. I think we've been flying around the football. I think our defense is pretty fast for the most part. We like to hit people and we've been doing that pretty well this year.

You're not going to win very many football games with 21 first-half yards. We've got to find a way, whatever it is. I honestly believe we're going to get better, but we just have to find a way to make things click. It's my job to make sure that happens.
