Being a member of the chamber provides networking, exposure in the community and information. Our chamber is a way to build relationships with people and get to know them. People do business with people they know and trust.

We are very much involved in leadership development. I want people to join the chamber to get involved in the community. I just want to let you know how important it is for you to meet your business neighbors and the chamber is a great way to do so.

They are a vital part to getting information to the community.

These changes will help us meet the growing needs of the Washington community for news, sports, information, music and emergency services.

The worst thing is, this caused the community to make a decision based on information that has a quicksand foundation,

The fact is you cannot have great schools without the involvement of the entire community, but this information does not tell the whole story, ... We need to look carefully at the data. It is great to be number one in the state, but we mustn't forget that our work is truly about individual children, and until each individual child is getting what he needs, we cannot rest. We know that there are still students who are not yet achieving to their maximum ability.
