Being a leader means having a lot of responsibility. When our team is losing I can't let my teammates see me with my head down.

Everybody knows their role now. If you have players going out and trying do more than they are capable of it's going to be tough [to win].

At some point we had to change. [This win] is our turning point.

I was scared to death. It's a great responsibility. This is good for the entire Pittsburgh area because we're losing population and need to start getting more people to come to the area.

If you can keep your wits about you while all others are losing theirs, and blaming you. . . . The world will be yours and everything in it, what's more, you'll be a man, my son.

We have these rules, the 'hero rules.' Like, a hero doesn't slouch. A hero walks proudly with his head up. A hero walks with a purpose. A hero's always a gentleman.
