because I'm standing up to stretch, and I hear someone yell, 'Go Birds!' When the play's over, we're walking outside, and I hear a a few people in the crowd go, E! A! G! L! E! S! EAGLES!' '' My daughter says, 'Uh-oh. There's been an Elvis sighting.'

You can just feel it when you're walking down or standing on the dock. You're competing against other people and you don't talk to them. Everyone is zoned in, and it's really intense and quite a lot of pressure.

I think I could have called his number more. We are better when we spread the ball around; I think Donovan hit 11 guys. And we are better when that happens, because it has more of an effect on the offense. I didn?t do a good enough job in that first game of mixing it up.

I didn't hear anybody booing me when I was done. A lot of people were giving me a standing ovation when I came off the floor.

Just to hear birds. Refreshing.

Twelve hours. It can stretch out forever when you're waiting to hear the report on a biopsy. It can literally evaporate when it's the last hours spent with a dying loved one. Or, it can bring hundreds of people together in the fight against cancer through Relay for Life.
