Because houses are more energy-efficient ? no cracks under the doors or windows that let air in ? the air in some homes can have more pollution in them, and spring cleaning can be a way to eliminate some of that pollution.

It really is unappealing. On a good day, scrubbing a toilet is not anybody's idea of a good time.

People are continuing to invest in their houses despite rising energy prices.

Man-to-man gave us a lot of energy, it made us play harder. When we start doing that, good things usually happen.

When we try and take shortcuts that's when we get outscored. I'd be profoundly disappointed if we (took shortcuts) again. I can't foresee that happening.

Who could have foreseen something like this happening? ... Years ago my wife worked for AOL and asked me to record the greetings for the company. Now I think about the millions of AOL members who consider me as the 'mailman' of cyberspace, I'm amazed.
