Self talk is healing. You will talk to yourself only when you love yourself. Often in life, you have to talk to yourself to get yourself out of mental blocks, mental pitfalls and mental turmoil often put into your mind by circumstances and people. Ask any psychiatrist about this and he or she will call you abnormal.
