When you isolate kindness you define kindness: and that limits its limitless expansion.

i. Say nothing about what it cost you to

ii. Don’t remind them that they were once on the ground

iii. Don’t be the one to take them back to the ground

Accept where you are, accept what you have, accept who you are ~ do what you can with all of that and let it be enough.
