BMW's success has outpaced even our wildest expectations.

We wanted someone familiar with the local market and got recommendations on people who had local experience that was applicable to a project like Port Royal.

We run a business, and we have very real costs. If you look at our cost structure, we don't have extra people sitting around to dig through files and make copies.

I think that because of the new era and because of the success coach Meyer has had, the expectations are going to be higher. Then you start to look at our team and what we have coming back. You've got so many players that played when they were young and now they're back, that's why the expectations are so much higher. But this is the University of Florida. That's why we're here and that's why the program is the way it is.

I had success early. And then I struggled for like three or four years, didn't live up to my expectations or probably the expectations of other people. It was frustrating at times and it was hard at times, but I really felt that my relationship with the Lord helped me get through that.

It's been a fantastic best-seller, ... I think it has been, given our expectations, a success, and we expect more out of the book. I think it will have a long life both in hardcover and eventually in paperback.
