At this point the courtesy ride ended. Makes you wonder what some people are thinking.

Courtesy while you're thinking what to say. It saves time.

We want to send a clear message that we will not tolerate people threatening or intimidating victims or witnesses in any case we work.

We don't want them to become the tobacco Nazis, chasing people down, ... But we can see some common courtesy being used. And the issue can be revisited later if needed.

You'd think people would have enough courtesy to dry off the equipment without being asked, especially since we hand out towels at the front door. But you'd be surprised.
