They may subpoena her to see what kind of maneuvers her attorney does -- either to quash the subpoena, indicate that she's going to take the Fifth against self-incrimination. Or, she may attempt to make a deal.

There's alibi witnesses other than Charlene, and there's phone records. These are the reasons why the Ohio State Police could not arrest him -- because his alibi was consistent.

It's like a preliminary hearing. All the grand jury hears is one side. There's no cross-examination and the prosecution brings out what they want to bring out, so it's very one-sided.
