I've been using the Mac solely for years, and got very comfortable with it.

They feel more comfortable speaking in Spanish. They feel that they're getting their point across -- that they're fully understood.

As long as the data point to an ongoing economic recovery, they should feel comfortable about normalizing rates. If anything, the survey numbers are more robust than before.
