At the beginning, we were kind of careful, I'd say. If you try to be too careful, good things don't follow. You don't have confidence.

They're clearly way better than Stanford. I told the coach that 'your team is really good'. I don't understand how they have not won a game because they played good.

They always play good volleyball and we have to really be prepared. I think we are the better team, I think we wanted it more, we stayed focused.

This is what happens when we play Warrior volleyball. We were well-focused, well-prepared, and we played excellent.

The whole team was amazing. The first night (a 3-2 loss), we didn't play our best. The second was very good, probably the best that a team I've played for has ever played.

You're cold and hungry and you want to go home. I like snow, but ... I was thinking it would be nice to play volleyball where it was warm.
