At some point this will become so annoying that someone will want to change it. I'm quite confident that people are not going to be happy with multiple leap seconds per year.

There will be a fair amount of people who are going to be disappointed with the change. Unfortunately, though, the decline in the ratings were rather consistent, and they continued to go down.

We believe it's going to create a whole new class of services and will change the way people use their phones.
