This is a legitimate right that China is entitled to, and we will resort to this mechanism when it is time to do so.

Mandelson was more active about this than the U.S. - he personally became involved - and so the China-EU deal was signed earlier.

Let me say optimistically that we should have a deal with the United States quite soon, as well.
