At 1:25 [p.m.], we picked up sleet and ice pellets. At 3:15 it started to snow again. Now, it's multiple layers of ice and snow, with the temperature dropping.

We were expecting more snow. I would rather deal with 19 inches of snow than this stuff.

Most nor'easters we get generally don't get their act together until they're well past us. So we don't get big snowfalls. This was just the perfect positioning.
