As we find ourselves in the middle of this building boom, it's a more acute problem than ever.

There is a world of difference between Hernando and Citrus (jails).

It would make it awfully difficult to do sewer projects in the future.

This is a project that we've been trying to get off the ground for some time now.

That was their (the state's) request. That's not something we put on the table. We certainly recognize the value of that land. It's not our intention to make that part of the transaction.
