As our Downtown loops go, that is probably the busiest one. It would be a challenge, but certainly we would work with the mayor on this and see what we could do. It can be done.

We respectfully disagree with the court's decision. We do not feel we ever intentionally discriminated against this individual. Wheelchair lifts -- even the kinds on low-floor buses -- they are mechanical devices, and they do sometimes fail.

Virtually every bus headed Downtown was affected. Some routes were 45 or more minutes late because of the arena event.

The 'flex' money is an unusual, one-time expenditure. As for the rest, some of it would be spent over several years.

We value the partnership we've had with them over the years. They do a great job. We're interested in negotiating something a little closer to market value.

We're getting crushed. We're calling in extra operators, asking the morning shift to stay overtime, doing everything we can. It's a capacity issue.
