We are basically stuck in the 1950s architecturally. I would like to develop my land with condos and businesses. I've seen good times and I've seen this area go south, and I see now the possibility of doing something that's going to be great for the future.

Some people just aren't as sensitive to the environment as others. The environment is one of our precious resources and needs to be protected. It's a goal that we want to be part of and, of course, have as much fun as possible.

The vast majority of them are things that riders have done and they were warned not to do.
