As Greenspan retires, I shall retire my paintings of him and am ready to move on.

I don't see him ready to retire.

I don't know that I'd read anything into it. Many of them are getting ready to retire or are near retirement. I just look at it as there were several personal decisions made at one time.

Every year it's a mixture. We have some that retire and some that move out of the area and some of the positions that opened up are new positions we put into our budget.
