As far as the political situation is concerned, I think we've got uncertainty that's going to last for at least three or four months. That uncertainty is negative for the market.

This is nothing to him. He's used to being bashed and beaten. He has performed a masterstroke of selling his main asset, and there's no way he's going to let go [of power] now.

What I'm saying to foreign investors who have been putting a lot of money into this market is reconsider that position. For the last 16 months people have been saying it's cheap, but they dumped almost $6 billion into it and it hasn't moved.

There is some uncertainty in the total influx of meteoric matter, but it is probably on the order of 40 +/- 20 thousand tons per year. Our event represented a mass influx of about one thousand tons.

It adds a lot of uncertainty for the business environment. But for the folks who already have a house, these appreciation rates are generally good news.
