As a group of players, with the season that we've had, it somewhat validates what we've done, adds a bit of legitimacy to this team. When a player of his stature comes in with a no-trade clause, he's usually looking to go to one of the bigger teams, like the Rangers . So this isn't par for the course.

He is just a guy who would never do that sort of thing intentionally. He is as honest as the day is long. He is an honest guy.

You have to change your attitude as you go into the playoffs, change your mentality, change how you go about every day. As a player, you basically have to extend yourself past your normal boundaries, because once you're done, you're done. You see the finish line.

Guys in this locker room shut their mouths for the entirety of this review hoping that it would be dealt with in a tough manner. What do we do now? We lost one of our best players to an idiotic play.
