As a community, I think we are still progressing. I think if each one does their part as a way of life, we can get there.

The contest makes the students research and read about Dr. King and keep his message fresh in their minds. I think it helps people understand that his message is a way of life. His dream is that we live his dream every day.

It's definitely much larger this year.

Ernie gave his soul to the East End. He gave more to the community than what he took.
