April 7 is the day after my son's birthday. This hits home, especially if you're raising kids of your own. I could only imagine what this brave girl's family is going through.

It's extremely, extremely exciting to finally do something as important as Healthy Kids Day at our true home.

I go from a full working day to making sure I am home for dinner with my kids. I couldn't do that in a 10cm mini skirt but I am not going to resort to sweatpants and an old t-shirt.

You come home with two small kids and they're angry and it's hot and they haven't seen you all day,

Kids in a home with grandparents are healthier.

Henry had a great day. I'm glad he had a good day, especially after his birthday.
