Any opportunity I get to show off the kids, I take that chance. We'll take all the kids to all the walks.

It gives kids who aren't in sports an opportunity to be physical. It gives them a chance to shine.

We do it systematically. It's really not as bad as you think because we do it the same way every time. Anything we do repetitiously, they're really easy about doing.

We make sure they're up at a certain time, have breakfast at a certain time. Everything is organized. It makes it real simple and the kids are happy.

One of the things I love about this program, the kids know this is a safe place to fall. For example, if they've had a fight with their girlfriend or boyfriend, they can come here - as long as they're respectful.

Honestly, we were lucky to tie because we came back each time. Now the kids are jelling. That's the idea. They're going into the playoffs with the attitude that they can play with the best.
