There's something about your child's child that just makes you want to spend money. From the parents point of view, its a wonderful thing, too, unless you run into a situation where the grandparents are buying things that you don't want.

It's not a question of going to an employer and saying we want better pay parents are paying what they can. This is about building a movement that's going to change the flow of public resources, so standards are raised and more kids have access to quality early education.

What we have is a clear statement saying we have got a substantial number of parents and teachers who believe charters are going to be a more viable choice for them.
