All the polls show there will be a second round and the person who has the best chance is Lourdes Flores.

Not until at least 90 percent of the vote is counted will we have a clear idea of who finished second. It will be a narrow advantage either one or the other.

He and his people were hoping for 40 to 45 percent. Getting only 29 percent means they have a big road uphill.
