All of our managing partners have a yearly conference. One day out of the conference they do something charitable; this year they built houses. There were 800 people there helping, including the managing partners and their spouses.

We made them [the new owners of the house] cards also. We watched videos of what they did in Canada. It was very inspiring. It is a very good cause and I am glad that we are doing it. It was a good eye-opener to our staff; they don't realize how fortunate they are.

Our staff offered their time to build these homes, which most likely would be done in the parking lots of the restaurants.

It's really important that people know about it and the issue in schools because it happens every day to people and it really hurts when people get bullied.

I play guitar and sing when I'm not busy with school and acting.

I would have to say that I have to concentrate more when I'm doing comedy. There are so many details that make up any character, but developing a character for a dramatic role seems to come more naturally.
