All I see now is a bright future. All I want to do is succeed and be healthy.

The program was about working on myself and becoming more confident in who I am.

I had every symptom of depression other than drug or alcohol abuse.

We had assumed or hoped for today to be so much more than yesterday. Isn't it strange how we do nothing and expect different outcomes.
