After seven years of implacable domination, there will be a different race which I hope will be open.

The 2007 tour will be a modern tale of two cities ... and plans to cement the friendship between our two great capitals.

Georgia was a great race last year and very tough in terms of its route, ... I hope to defend there, although I think it will be tougher this year.
